The toolbars in Case CATalyst are highly customizable. You can move the toolbars, add or remove icons, move icons from one toolbar to another, and many other functions. This article will go over the some of the basics of the CATalyst toolbars. Moving Toolbars Toolbars can be positioned for display in different locations in the Case CATalyst screen. You can rearrange them in the upper portion of the screen, display them along the side or bottom, or float them. To move a toolbar:
Adding or Removing an Icon from the Toolbar. Each toolbar has icons specific to it's group. For example, the Open Special toolbar has icons that will open the Personal Dictionary, Update Area, and Job and Case Dictionaries. You can customize these toolbars so only the icons you want will display. To add or remove an icon:
Resetting the Toolbar Resetting a toolbar removes any custom configurations (images, icon position, text) and puts the toolbar back to its default appearance. If you have not made a bunch of changes to your toolbar that you don't want to have to set back up, do the following:
